Mark Bardell is an experienced international finance professional with over a decade of expertise in credit markets, asset-backed lending, and strategic advisory. He currently serves as a Director of the Goldleaf Australian Income Fund (GAIF) and sits on its Investment Committee, as well as acting as Director of its investment manager, Goldleaf Australian Asset Management Limited (GAAML).

GAIF is a highly regarded Australian credit fund with a 12+ year track record of performance in asset-backed lending, delivering consistent positive returns with zero negative months. The fund is recognized globally and has consistently ranked among the top performers in the BarclayHedge tables for 36-month asset-backed loan returns.

Mark’s career in financial services began in 2010, and he has since built a strong international profile advising high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients across multiple jurisdictions. He was previously a Senior Partner and Principal Consultant at IPP Financial Advisers Pte Ltd, one of Asia’s largest and longest-established independent financial advisory firms, where he also led the Hong Kong expatriate division.

During his tenure in Asia, Mark held financial advisory licenses in both Singapore and Hong Kong. In Singapore, he was licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and obtained CMFAS qualifications across capital markets, insurance, and regulatory advisory services. In Hong Kong, he was PIBA qualified and authorized to advise on long-term and investment-linked insurance products.

Now based in the United Kingdom, Mark is the Principal of Dell Capital, where he specializes in structuring and arranging debt and direct lending transactions between corporate clients and institutional investors globally. His work focuses on delivering bespoke financing solutions for clients underserved by traditional lending channels.

Mark also brings additional international experience from his time as a Wealth Manager with Holborn Assets Ltd in Dubai, further strengthening his global perspective across capital markets and private wealth.

With a strong track record in both advisory and investment roles, Mark is recognized for his ability to connect clients with capital providers, structuring sophisticated financing solutions across jurisdictions with a focus on execution, compliance, and long-term performance.
